A while ago this cat appeared in our yard. She first watched us from the roof of the neighbors' terrace and one day she decided to go down and take shelter in a corner. Little by little we gained her trust, through food, water and pampering. She stayed with us for one or two years, she waited for us when we returned from trips and she always respected our space, as we respect hers. One day she never showed up again. I guess we were a stop on her journey, we wish that she hopefully has finally reached her destination.
Hace un tiempo apareció esta gata en nuestro patio. Primero nos observaba desde el techo de la terraza de los vecinos y un día decidió bajar y resguardarse en un rincón. Poco a poco fuimos ganando su confianza, mediante comida, agua y mimos. Estuvo con nosotros uno o dos años, nos esperaba cuando regresábamos de viaje y siempre respetó nuestro espacio, como nosotros respetamos el de ella. Hasta que un día no regresó más. Supongo que fuimos una parada en su viaje, y ojalá que haya llegado a su destino finalmente.
