Since arriving in kampot i've been enjoying the relaxed atmosphere, countryside and space that is on offer here!
But I've also acted quickly to set up some classes and try to promote them and get the ball rolling.

I'm bringing a daily practice to Meraki where share movement games ideas and techniques . . . It's been really good to try and hold a space for this every day! Some days no one came other we where about 6 people and sometimes I would be one on one with my most regular student nick.
I have also got a weekly slot to teach handstand at a cafe with a yoga studio upstairs!I've taught three classes there and they all had upwards of five students who where keen to learn !
I'm getting quite good at spotting all the basic mistakes that people make when starting to learn a handstand and I think I can give some the tools to learn a good straight handstand in an hour (give the tools in an hour , learning may take 6 weeks to 6months or 6 years depending on practice.)
It's great this all fell into place, if your able to come to Kampot or happen to be there . . Come move .
I'm feeling happy at the moment, moving lots, feeling progression and getting to spend my time doing what I love!
Some good content will be coming from this into the steemit sphere . . . Stay tuned . IMG_20180407_165159.jpg
