A bit more than half a year ago I got married. CONGRATS TO ME AND MY HUBBY!!! Year 2021 was wonderful and extremely favorable to our newborn family. And we expected 2022 to be even more fabulous and unforgettable however… we’ve got what we’ve got. No complains.
Since we live in the very heart of Ukraine - Kyiv, for understandable reasons there was an urge to leave our home and flee to a more quieter and safer place. It’s very hard not to lose mental health among all this information flow so to protect myself from all this horror that is happening around I decided to recall one of the most beautiful moments of my life - our Honeymoon.
Me and my husband started dating a long time ago, in 2014, in Odessa. That is why this city was the first on the list. Welcoming people, turquoise sea and gently warming sun - I recall this all as if it was yesterday. We’d been to Odessa couple of times before but that one was different. Pleasantly different. That time was not about discovering new sights, it was about discovering ourselves. We visited all trivial places - Derybasivska street, Potyomkin stairs, Langeron Beach, Arcadia and others. Couple of new spots were also discovered - Mushlya Cafe (the best mussels I’ve ever tried), Dog Beach (a pet-friendly beach, by the way, sunbeams were absolutely free), a first Cableway ride and others. At this point our trip to Odessa is over. Moving on - the next stop is Lviv.
