Soy desde hace varios años, miembro del Garage beer club. además de regalos y merch, recibo todos los meses cervezas de esta cervecera de Barcelona regentada por dos ingleses. Para mí una de las mejores de toda España, sus diseños son muy característicos. Sus IPA son muy apreciadas, así como sus cervezas negras. Pero ya llevan varios años bordando un estilo tan complicado como las Berliner Weisse. Cervezas no para todos los públicos por su extremada acidez, pero Garage moderniza el estilo con una cantidad brutal de fruta y hace de este estilo una reintrerpretación maravillosa.

En esta ocasión la fruta elegida son los arándanos. Que en combinación con el sabor ácido de la cerveza, hacen una mezcla perfecta. Muy densa, melosa y con el ácido láctico bien presente.
Como anécdota decir que un porcentaje de la venta de esta cerveza va destinado a la conservación de los mares. Toda una excelente iniciativa.
I have been a member of the Garage beer club for several years. In addition to gifts and merch, I receive beers every month from this Barcelona brewery run by two Englishmen. For me one of the best in all of Spain, its designs are very characteristic. Their IPAs are highly regarded, as are their stouts. But they have been embroidering a style as complicated as the Berliner Weisse for several years now. Beers not for everyone due to their extreme acidity, but Garage modernizes the style with a brutal amount of fruit and makes this style a wonderful reinterpretation.

On this occasion the chosen fruit is blueberries. That in combination with the acid taste of beer, make a perfect mix. Very dense, honeyed and with lactic acid well present.
As an anecdote to say that a percentage of the sale of this beer goes to the conservation of the seas. All an excellent initiative.
