- Cloudwater
- Track
- Pomona Island
- The Kernel
- Brew by numbers.
- ....
Cerveza: Everything works again
Cervecera: Polly´s Brew Co. (Mold, Reino Unido)
Estilo: NEIPA (New England India Pale Ale)
Alcohol: 6.1º
Today I show you in this week's #beersaturday an excellent beer from the British Polly's Brew Co. For me one of the best breweries in the entire United Kingdom... and that is saying a lot because the level in the Archipelago is impressive and there is a lot of beer level. Just to say a few names:
-Cloudwater
- Track
-Pomona Island
-The Kernel - Brew by numbers.

Beer: Everything works again
Brewer: Polly's Brew Co. (Mold, UK)
Style: NEIPA (New England India Pale Ale)
Alcohol: 6.1º
Hops: Galaxy, Mosaic and Simcoe
Format: 440 ml can
With those three hop giants, nothing can go wrong. What an explosion of flavor! very tasty and juicy. Dark and misty, as the style dictates. With fruit and bitterness in perfect harmony.
The curious name that the beer bears is due to a breakdown that occurred in the brewery's facilities and that prevented them from brewing beer for some day. Once they went back to production... this was the first beer they ever brewed.
