After sunset y Before Sunrise de Garage Beer Co. para #beersaturday(Esp/Eng)

En el #beersaturday de esta semana os muestro una nueva pareja de contrastes de la cervecera catalana Garage Beer Co. a los que les encanta este tipo de lotes y que realmente vienen muy bien y se agradecen para poder aprender y saber diferenciar entre estilos y lúpulos

La primera del lote.es una NEIPA de manual, es decir, una IPA moderna muy afrutada y fácil de beber. Con los sabores a mango arándanos y naranja muy presentes. Los añadidos de Trigo y avena la suavizan mucho, le dan ese color turbio característico y la hacen realmente fácil de beber.
Aunque estoy un poco cansado de estos estilos, la cerveza está hecha impecable.

Receta prácticamente calcada a la anterior, pero sin trigo ni avena y con los mismos lúpulos pero en mayor cantidad.
Eso hace que sea una cerveza totalmente diferente. Clara, limpia y transparente, donde el amargor pasa al primer plano y los únicos matices que percibes son la resina, el pino y los cítricos. Le falta un poco de amargor para ser una verdadera West Coast IPA, pero la cerveza es impecable y está muy bien elaborada.

The first of the lot is a manual NEIPA, that is, a modern IPA that is very fruity and easy to drink. With the flavors of mango, blueberries and orange very present. The additions of Wheat and oats soften it a lot, give it that characteristic cloudy color and make it really easy to drink.
Although I'm a bit tired of these styles, the beer is flawlessly made.

Recipe practically identical to the previous one, but without wheat or oats and with the same hops but in greater quantities.
That makes it a totally different beer. Clear, clean and transparent, where bitterness comes to the fore and the only nuances you perceive are resin, pine and citrus. It lacks a bit of bitterness for a true West Coast IPA, but the beer is impeccable and very well brewed.
