It has been supposedly reported that the bitfi wallet device has been hacked by some researchers who have been tracking the wallet closely since its release to the crypto space. Bitfi is an hardware wallet device produced by John McAfee. It is said to be able to support all cryptos. He said after the release that the wallet is unhackeable and went ahead to challenge anyone to hack it.
He put a bounty of $100,000 for anyone who is able to hack it. The researchers who claimed to hack it said they were able to do so by sending the user data to their server as there is a connection between the wallet and bitfi server. They claimed to have meet the bounty conditions.
