Another application by Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss for Bitcoin exchange-traded fund has been rejected again by the United States securities and exchange commission. SEC made this statement yesterday, this is the second time the Winklevoss twins application has been rejected. The first application was in February this year which after, another petition was filed.
This petition was again rejected second time this year. SEC gave reasons that most bitcoin trading happens on exchanges outside the United States and that these exchanges are unregulated. The securities and exchanges have received applications from so many but still all the applications are getting disapproved.
