My Name is Abdul Subhan and I am 27 years old. I am from Pakistan, I got a specialization in Information Technology back in 2018 from Islamabad Pakistan. Islamabad is the second most beautiful Capital of the world. I was born and raised here. The people of Pakistan are loving and so hospitable. The northern areas of my country attract a lot of tourists globally. These areas are so beautiful and have rich cultural backgrounds. Every year Thousands of tourists come to visit these areas to enjoy the natural beauty of the country.
After Graduation, I was working in a software house as a dotNet Developer. I have almost 6 years of working experience in the Customer Services and Sales Department.
My story to get myself enrolled in this customer service department is quite interesting. Let me tell you about that, I was in university in the 6th Semester when one of my friends told me about Customer Services. At that time I was not well aware of the mechanism of the job. He told me something like an introduction to the industry. But It was not brief enough. Anyhow he convinced me to at least give the interview for this job. I went to his company for the interview and fortunately, I got hired by them. So, at that time I had to continue my studies along with the job, It was my first job and not easy for me. But I took it as a challenge and tried my best to get productive results. Now after spending 6 years in the industry, I must say that it's a good career for someone who is motivated to accept the challenges.
I have learned a lot of things about customer relations. I think It's the type of field or career where you can attract different people from different backgrounds having different perspectives. This is the kind of career where anyone can learn a lot. In the future, I do have plans for working in this industry having a different role, like to work in management. It can increase the Public relations of anyone who is willing to pursue it as a career. I hope that I would be able to learn about this platform. Thanks a lot to all of you to pay attention.
