Good day to you all my tutors and learners here on hive.
I remain this humble soul who is always ready to appreciate my existence on the surface, once we realize that staying alive is never by our power or might then we know that all we have to do in life is to thank God for his mercy and grace over us.
Sometimes when I wake up and find myself in this crazy country of ours called Nigeria I realize that to be able to survive a crazy nation you need to breed some epitome of craziness in you. You need to train yourself to feel among others even if you are not among them.
There is this post I read in the media some days back that to survive in a country like Nigeria you need to take weed and if you can鈥檛 take it you just have to act like you have been taking one. 馃槀 then an instance of a bike man who was riding out of normal went ahead to hit a vehicle and then damaged the bumper of the vehicle owner. The next thing the bike man did was to carry his bike and ride closer to the driver then told him he is a crazy driver to have driven that way and zoomed off. 馃槀
The driver looked at them and nodded his head while he realized they must be high on weed. What if he also acted like a crazy fellow then they won鈥檛 have taken him that lightly and gone free.
This would take me straight to the prompt for the week 26 edition 1 on the hive learners community and the topic to be discussed is ANGER
MY EXPERIENCE
A few months back we had a faulty freezer, it was working perfectly fine not until all of a sudden it stopped working again. We were forced to call for a repairman to come and have a look at it. He appeared and checked. Not long after we called him, maybe 30 minutes or below. He checked the fridge and then showed us what got damaged in it, saying this would cost you a sum of N500, but when he was removing that the gas in the freezer already leaked and that would cost us N5000.
I was amazed by his words asking him why he would let the gas leak out. He said there is no way he could prevent it from not leaking. We paid him the amount he requested and then paid another N1000 for his workmanship. He told us to put it on after an hour and it would work perfectly fine again.

To cut the story short, after we left the freezer on for more than 72 hours there were no changes at all. I called him to come and have a check on it but he kept on saying he would show up, he would show up, for up to two weeks he never showed up again. I got frustrated and decided to plan some other way to bring him back to check it. We decided to let him be for weeks then call him with some other number and ask him to come and check a fridge for sale in a different location then we capture him from there.
The d-day came and the plan worked perfectly fine. He appeared again not for up to 20 minutes. I got there and I could feel the shock on his face like he had just seen a ghost. I changed my mood immediately and took it up on him. I didn鈥檛 give him a chance to utter any form of excuse. He admitted he was at fault for not coming to check what he did, yet I still unleashed my anger on him. He was surprised to have seen the other side of me that day. He quickly repaired it and told me to check it. I discovered a few changes, then I smiled a little. He was so happy to see me smile again.
The freezer is not in perfect condition now but at least way better than it was before.
MORALS
There are times when unleashing that anger within you won鈥檛 cause only destruction but would make things in order and bring about positive changes in one's life.
