physical exercise, every thing we do every once a week is very useful to see the athlete's ability, it is up to the physical condition of the athlete. this is a mandatory thing that must be done by all trainers in order to achieve an achievement. if the athlete is in a weak physical condition, the training he has done so far will be in vain because he cannot achieve anything. this is what we apply every once a week, checking physical readiness and weighing, so that athletes can compete with extra energy and can provide achievements to the areas they support.
