Are u leading, are you a leader,whom have you been leading, what do you think a leading leader is? I know someone who is right will say a leading leader is someone who leads by example. With a lot of misconception and understanding about leader. So, many see leadership in a different perspective. Some sees leadership as an opportunity to trample over others or to take advantage of them,to exercise their power and authority, a time to proof who they are, a time to show off, leadership is more than that.

Leadership isn't about a word in your title, a certain salary band. There are a lot of definition of leadership out there especially those that express it.

   What makes a great leader 

Even though there are many styles of leadership, one can judge if one one approach works or not by:is that leading getting the outcome he or she wants? If it for the purpose of the people : is the goal set out by them achieved, and are the people they are leading happy as they work towards the goal?

A leader must be someone who can see how things can be improved and motivate people to move towards that better vision. Leaders can work towards making their vision a reality while putting people first. Just been able to motivate people isn't enough,Leaders needs to be able to connect with people to be successful.
