Today most coins are up. Yesterday EOS announced their VC partnership with Galaxy Digital. Galaxy Digital is owned by Mike Novogratz the guy who said bitcoin will reach $70k in 2018 and made his money with Fortress a private equity company investing in real estate, finance, gaming etc. They manage billions in investments.
According to my opinion this is a great partner, but the EOS price didnt really react on this news. Besides Block.one's 1bn capital allocation for developments of dapps, Galaxy Digital is bringing $350m to the table for dapp develoments. This should have some effect on the EOS price but it didn't.
Is it that people do not understand the news? Or is the news already discounted in the EOS price? On 20 January the EOS price moved up a bit and after that EOS is hovering around 13 to 14$. There is definity more volume last 2 days. Looking at the 1 month price graph EOS is steady ascending.
With a partner like this and the network he brings along. The only way is up for EOS. Like we are telling our friends hey buy EOS he is also telling his billionaire friend he buy eos. They are stepping in with millions.
I am still holding and enjoying the steady ride.
