Often times, we fill our heads with the *awesomeness of achieving our goals. However when it comes to the nitty gritty, dirty ground work that we need to do, how many of us will actually step up and deliver consistently?

If your current daily activities doesn't match to your answers from Q3, that's the reason why you're not accomplishing the 'Big Picture' yet. Learn to enjoy what you must do everyday, and slowly you'll fall in love with it as you continue delivering the 'little things'.
