Today performed more stress training on my Northern Lights!
I really opened up a lot of space for my plant to grow.
Stress Training involves pulling branches down to increase HORIZONTAL growing space.
I simply use rocks tied to string. That way i can keep rotating the rock and pull the branches down anytime.
