I went to bed early, which seems to have helped greatly with my headaches. I'm really starting to think it's from staring at a screen two feet away from my face for so much more time than usual. It's not like there's anything else to do.
Except for everything else I do.
Today I did some laundry, which involves leaving my house because my washing machine is broken. I don't go to a public laundromat thankfully, I go to a friendly house with permission to wash clothes there. Fortunately they're quarantining at a different place with it's own complete facilities, so there's nobody there these days. Less exposure for all of us that way.
I also sealed those clay tools I mentioned in a previous post with spray on acrylic. The can has lots of warnings about cancer and reproductive harm, so that might not have been too great for my health. At least I did it outside with ventilation. It's been raining all day, and I don't like to be out in the rain, so no yard work today. I recently ate a large meal of elbow pasta with some tomato sauce and garlic bread. Food stocks are still workable. I just went through the first of the two bags of dog food I have, so I'll need to get some more next time I have to acquire food for myself.
In terms of physical symptoms of illness I haven't seen much of note. Maybe the headaches might be one, but I can easily explain those away in other ways. Most importantly I'm breathing fine. No fever or cough, and still no abnormal lethargy.
It's looking like I'll make it another day.
