All you need is 1/4 slice of zucchini and 1 egg.
- Prepare a bowl and beat an egg.
- Slice zucchini twice thicker than pennies.
3.Dip the sliced ones into egg and fry them until you see the brown color.
This is a very simple recipe but healthy. If you want to add more flavor, enjoy them with soybean sauce.
