How To Retrieve A Video That Has Been Deleted From YouTube Due To Copyright ?

Sometimes some publishers may be surprised by a YouTube message telling them that a video has been suspended on

the channel because of intellectual property rights. Either for the purpose of employing a copyrighted image or a

snapshot of a video taken from a television channel or from another YouTube channel. Thus, it is very easy to

overcome this problem because the intellectual property law of YouTube provides for the possibility of embedding

footage within the so-called  Fair-use  .

So it is enough after someone has reported on your video that you clicked on the Appeal (you will find it below the

video that was stopped in the copyright list). Then, YouTube sent this message:

"  Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use "

Just copy and send this message to YouTube, so that the latter removes the restrictions from the video. To indicate

that this method works only with video clips that have been uploaded and includes footage from another YouTube

channel, TV channel, or any video protected by intellectual property rights. But this method does not work with those

who steal full clips and put in the channel because this is a violation of intellectual property rights, which is forbidden

on the YouTube platform.
