在其強大的口號之下,非洲人貸款使用了它們肥料/培育後之種子/運輸通路等等...
結果卻是在他們的金錢攻勢之下,成了它們體制下的一員,未加入的和加入後表現不佳的,紛紛倒閉,
所以非洲仍存在著飢餓.
