Work can mean different thing to different people, to some it is to succeed gradually in becoming something or cause a person or thing to become something, either by making an effort or by making many small movements.
In the beginning God the creator of the universe also created work, that why every man must have work to do. He created man in the garden of Eden to take care of all that he created and in that light that was the first work God gave to man. I have heard some people say that work came as a result of the fall of man but its not true toiling came with the fall of man not work.
Adam was given the sole responsibility of taking care of everything in the garden, that is work, that means originally God never wanted man to stay idle. To this end every human must work.
Success is not accidental if you must be successful then you must work it out, being faithful and diligent in what you do and before long your hard work will pay off. Remember, nothing works until someone makes it work.
