Thanks Mike! I will need to get down to the library to order the book. I live in a rural area so that is how it works. If you want a specific read they order in for you. Hopefully, there is not a waiting list. What I have read so far I like. Working at 25-minute intervals and taking 5 minute breaks. Presently I work at 5 minute intervals and take 25 minute breaks lol.
