There was a severe wreck (pile up) in my city today. It was the worst wreck I’ve ever personally seen.
An 18 Wheeler, that was transporting rocks, lost its brakes and plowed through a stop light. He drove through the line in front of him, swerved through the intersection, into the parking lot of a car dealership, and then into the dealership building. Several vehicles exploded and then the building burnt.
It was terrible. Life flight and ambulances were in and out. Fire trucks and police officers shut Main Street down for a mile. Rocks were all over the road and people stood gawking.
What could cause a truck like that to lose brakes? There’s a small hill it’s coming off of but nothing too steep and the speed limit is only 50. It’s scary that it could have been me with my babies lined up there.
I pray and send good vibes out to the families that were affected today.
