For Sunday it is anything goes so I am sharing my recipe of stir fried oyster mushroom. I love to eat mushrooms.
This is plain mushrooms with just garlic, eggs and onions.
What you need:
Fresh oyster mushrooms, washed and sliced or tear to pieces.
Onions and garlic, I like a lot of garlic.
Beaten eggs.
First saute the onions and garlic, add the mushrooms, seasoning and then the egg. Before getting out of the stove add a little oyster sauce to give it a nice flavor.
