What's a problem? The dude just has shared a link for news. Of course he hadn't write it, but it is useful and does provoke a healthy and intellectual discussion within the community. Unlike pretty limited bot spamming by wanna be rich coder. This could be called news curation or something. Editorial stuff on TV do it on daily basis. Like "...and the shocking news just came from...".
