A DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN

"On Sunday at exactly noon in Pyongyang, North Korea executed its sixth nuclear test — its first since Trump’s inauguration, and its most powerful to date. The device had an estimated explosive yield of 120 kilotons, making it eight times more powerful than the bomb that destroyed Hiroshima, according to NORSAR, a Norwegian earthquake monitoring agency.

North Korean state media claimed that it was a hydrogen bomb and could be attached to a missile capable of reaching the mainland U.S. It called the test a perfect success". The shockwaves was so intense that someone attending a wedding in Helong county, China, about 120Km from the test site said they had to evacuate from indoors as the ground was shaking" - Source LA Times.

This is what procrastination does. It is a cancer that eats slowly but surely into the fabrics of progress. Successive world leaders had had ample opportunities to nip the NK threat in the bud, but talk had progressively been more than action.

Hiroshima has not fully recovered from the shockwaves of the Aug 1945 American bomb, we can only imàgime the effect of a bomb 8 times that powerful.

There is a school of thought that believes in equal opportunities for nations, that it is oppressive for some to have nukes and gang up against others not to develop theirs. For me, it's either here nor there but I sure know that a nuke in the hands of 33 years old Kim Jung Un and his regressive regime is a disaster waiting to happen.

It's not too late in the day for Messrs Trump, XI, Abbey and Putin to join ranks to neutralize this guy.FB_IMG_1504620672242.jpg
