WordCamps are informal, community-organized events that are put together by WordPress users like you. Everyone from casual users to core developers participate, share ideas, and get to know each other.
Earlier last year The WordCamp Incubator Program has selected Montevideo, Uruguay and Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia to host WordCamps in 2018. The program provides a jump start for new WordPress communities where meetups have not yet been well-established. Montevideo and Kota Kinabalu were selected from a short list of 14 communities that had been whittled down from 104 applications for the program.
After months of hardwork and sleepless nights, WordCamp Kota Kinabalu will finally happen in March 9th, 2019! It will have one-track of presentations, with around 10-15 speakers. Ticket price will be the lowest for a well-known international event, this is all made possible by our Global Sponsors! Ticket price will include access to all presentations, coffee & snacks, a group lunch, and an event t-shirt.

First of all, I would like to thank all of you, who are the most active and proactive in this community, showing your generosity and always with meaningful comments. From now on I will always make a list of these incredible people who have helped to expand our goal of growing ever more.
But I ask that if you are new around here you read many of the previous posts because they make it clear that we are building a community with respect among all of us, generosity and this blog is for those who really want to start moving their Mindset to positive and moreover be part of the growth of all of us who contribute to this blog.
