Have you ever wondered why woman react differently every day. I'll give you a clue: It's all about hormones. The woman was created to have hormonal (SURGES) especially before a change occurs like before her menstrual period or during her ovulation (happy time). Before her period she becomes THE dragon...not because she is terrible but because her hormones are changing and she is frustrated with herself and everything around her. In fact it's almost like she's another person. And then after her period she seems pretty stable...like a buddy you can talk to, she's so understanding. Don't be fooled into thinking that's the way she'll stay oh no...but at-least it gets better before it gets worse.
OVULATION: After the buddy time your girl or wife will become ultra affectionate, SHE ACTUALLY gave you a hug or climbed into the shower with you (Alarm bells should be going off right about now), she is fertile and her hormones are going mate mate mate!! On the day she says 'no I might get pregnant.... don't worry too much SHE ISN'T FERTILE yet. 'On the day she says "I don't care I want you!" SHE IS SUPER FERTILE.
You as a man might learn to read the signs by just notifying yourself about when what is happening to her body.
Questions to ask her: When is your period starting? If she tells you, write it on a private little calendar.
Most woman have a cycle of 28 days from the start of her menstrual cycle to the beginning of
the next menstruation. If you keep track every month you'll start to see a routine.
Ask her about her feelings every day..... note it down, like Today she feels
emotional\tired\happy\excited and so forth
But whatever you do DON'T tell her 'I read all about the female hormones.' She will throw you with something no matter what mood she's in. You don't want her to feel exposed. You want her to feel she has her hormonal secrets that men can't understand... that most woman themselves don't even understand.
Unfortunately it wont be so easy to track her state if she is using a contraceptive like the pill or injection and some others, as they mess with her natural routine hormones.
Do you sometimes feel you wished you never married her and then other times you love her so much.... now you understand.
A man is a lot easier to understand: he does not have extreme hormonal surges as he does not have a womb that needs
to prepare itself for a baby every month. Mind you he can mess up his male
hormones via steroids and diet.
A woman is a work of art..... she is trying, energetic, feisty, mellow, angry, charming, luscious, calm, ambitious, terrifying
and wonderful, love her every mood.
