I Do not Understand About It :
Witness good-karma still running HF19 (0.19.1) and continue to produce blocks. Witness parameters APR set to 0%, Price feed bias 0%, Account registration fee is 0.2 STEEM. I have also upgraded my feed scripts to improve reliable price updates.
