It’s wise, as well, to get your Living Will (also known as Healthcare Directive, Health Directive, Medical Power of Attorney, & other names) and Power of Attorney for Property (there are options, such as General Power of Attorney, Springing Power of Attorney, Selective Power of Attorney, & others) done at the same time.
