Jana Mackovčínová
My name is Jana. I am from Slovakia. I live in Boleráz, it is a small village near Trnava. I mean, Trnava is a very special and beautiful city. Here live many young people who take care of Trnava very well, come with new interesting ideas. So they make our surroundings more beautiful and modern. Here you will find everything from green parks and historical monuments to rich folk culture and modern architecture in the picturesque city streets.
I am 17 years old. I have two older siblings. They already have their own families. I have a nephew and two nieces and I love them to the Moon and back.
I was born in Trnava. Since 2015 I have studied at Business Academy in Trnava (bilingual Slovak-German study). We have lots subjects in German. Our school is the best secondary school in Slovakia. I speak German better than English (German - B2, English - A2).
I am taking part in Erasmus+ project, because I want to improve my German speaking skills and gain new work experiences. It is the first time, I have worked abroad. The accommodation is good, but the food could be better. I hope to enjoy this practice. First day, we had an interview with our tutor. We introduced ourselves. We use Excel and Word at work. We have to search the information about some companies or people. In my opinion, it is quite interesting. In my free time I like studying German, playing the contrabass in folklore band, travelling, baking, folklore dancing and belly dancing, skiing and I love fashion and modeling.
