After many years of seeking, these three words sum up life on earth to me. Now, the first thing I do in the morning when I awaken, and every moment of the day I remember to, or when I feel stressed, I repeat these words until I feel this beautiful connection to life. When I feel love, everything around me shifts. My World, the Souls in it, my reactions to what's happening around me all come from a gentler, kinder way of being. All my searching has come down to this: simply love. Imagine a World where we all do that.
How do we feel it? We drop our thoughts into our heart, imagine someone we love, an idea the inspires passions within, look at the earth and all it's delights, listen to ocean waves or birds chirping in peace...and feel all the love that is in everything. And then...when faced with a challenge that stirs our nervous systems out of sync, go back to the feeling of love. So simple. So challenging. We can do it. ♥
