The case for plausible deniability:
Let’s say you are traveling in a vehicle that smells a little bit like weed, but you can produce an empty envelope that legitimizes your claim that what may be noticeable, if anything would be USDA Hemp or "CBD-eed".
..maybe you even have a nug still in there. At least you have a leg to stand on, if push comes to shove, and you find yourself doing some explaining. Now with that being said, don’t forget to always "never talk"* to cops or willingly participate in your own potential conviction.
