Wow brother, you have given me good advice and that's exactly what I'm going to do, I'm going to absolutely ignore it.... Also I took your other advice of getting off the screen a while, been working out too. Had a great walk yesterday and it's after returning that I saw that series of Downvotes. Had to make a whole blog this morning explaining it to my friends here.. pretty sad moment for me but just going to follow your advice and push
