I had not have a wave for same days. And other then that all went well with my routines. Today I've had half a glass of water a long time ago, tongue scraping, oil pulling and movement exercises (Qigong). Then I skipped my hot lemon, because it was high time already for a first meal. And especially because I was invited to join my family with it. I supplemented it with Omega-3 oil, vitamin A oil, 2 vitamin C capsules, 1 vitamin B2 pallet and 3 Amino acid pellets. In the meantime I'm at 433 movements. See how I started riding the waves for more.
