I have an idea here: Why not log the supplements I take through Ecency Waves? This way I save myself to repeat over and over what I took in my report and simply reference to waves.
So here it is:
- One Magnesium and Vitamin-C each with my hot Lemon (see later report)
- 2 Vitamin-C
- 1 Vitamin-B2,
- 3 Aminosre (don't know the English term)
- a tee spoon Omega-3 vegan oil
- two drops of Vitamin-A in oil
I'm at 1052 movements.
