My husband and I decided to visit the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum today. We are very fortunate that it is located in our town. It has the destinction of having one of only two Lancaster bombers in the world that still fly. We have been priviledged to be able to support this museum for a number of years. 
VERA, as our Lancaster bomber is known as, is getting some winter maintenance, so that she can fly people again in the spring.
. For a small sum of $3500 CND, you can get a twenty minute flight on this well preserved beauty.
