You never know what to expect for winter here in South Texas. One year it snows...
and the next year it's pleasantly warm to the point where wearing shorts and spending the day at the empty beach is, surreal.
Winter is one of the few reasons I stay in this part of the world. Some of the imagery during this time of year is quite breathtaking, at least I think so.
Even the gloomy cloudy skies have their appeal, add a ray of sunshine and your left with nothing but quiet awe, and inspiration, and sense of gratefulness for simply being there.
One of my long since passed friends would simply say ....
Breathe....
Soak it in and just breathe...
