Ode to Spring

In fields of green, where life awakes,
Spring's gentle touch, the earth forsakes.
From barren branches, blooms arise,
A symphony beneath blue skies.

With whispered breath, the zephyrs call,
Through meadows wide, where blossoms sprawl.
The air alive with fragrant song,
As nature wakes, her sleep so long.

The dance of petals, soft and light,
In sun's embrace, they take to flight.
With each new dawn, a promise born,
Of endless beauty, yet untorn.

In streams that trickle, laughter flows,
As winter's grip, at last, it goes.
The world anew, in vibrant hue,
As springtime paints its masterpiece true.

So let us revel in this hour,
Where nature's bounty is in flower.
For in the spring, we find our cheer,
And know that hope will soon draw near.
