The MSR WindBurner Stove System is a superbly designed and efficient outdoor cooking tool, delivering impressive performance even in unfavourable weather conditions. The set includes a plastic lid, fuel canister stand, the stove itself and a soft cleaning cloth, all neatly packed into a compact and lightweight package. A notable mention is the radiant burner that not only maximizes heat exchange but it also has an integrated windscreen to keep the flame safe from winds and rain. Another distinguishing feature is the anodized aluminum cup with an integrated heat exchanger that works in unison with the burner, making your water boil quickly and protecting against elements.
The MSR WindBurner Stove System though extremely proficient at boiling water quickly, is not primarily designed for simmering. It stands out for its built-in pressure regulator ensuring consistent performance in varying climates. For enhanced convenience, the cup features a handle for safe handling of hot liquids, an insulated outer layer and internal measuring lines, topped with a BPA-free lid that can double as a pour spout or strainer. Although it doesn't come with a fuel canister, a four-ounce MSR IsoPro canister will fit perfectly and has to be purchased separately.
