YOU SHALL FLOURISH
PSALM 92:12
The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree. They will grow like a Cedar of Lebanon. (NIV)
A lot of trees are unable to survive in the desert due to the harsh conditions there. The Palm tree however is one tree that does not only survive in the desert but also flourishes there. This metaphor of the flourishing Palm tree is applied to the righteous man, who is any person in Christ Jesus.
The good thing about the righteous is that, like the palm tree, the righteous has the seed and the ability to flourish wherever he is located. His location does not determine how far he can flourish. A baby elephant does not need blood tonic to become great in size. The seed of greatness is already in the baby elephant.
The seed to flourish has been planted in you and it doesn't matter wherever you are located, even in the most difficult place, you will flourish not only survive. When you became born again, you received the nature of God and this nature is greater than any external circumstances. Your location cannot hinder you from moving forward or advancing in life.
CONFESSION: I have greatness inside of me by being in Christ. I am greater than my location or external circumstances.
