REPLACE YOUR BAD HABITS WITH GOOD HABITS

Bad habits can disturb your life and prevent you from achieving your goals. Mentally and physically they can jeopardize your health. They can also waste your time and energy.

So why can you keep away from bad habit? All of your habits either good or bad must have a reason in your life. In many cases, a simple way to cope with stress is a bad habit

example bitting of fingers, the pulling of hair, the tapping of foot on the ground. In other ways , bad habit can address certain needs in one's life. For that you must replace your bad behaviour with a good habits.

If you cut out bad habits without changing them, the certain needs that will unmet you will be too hard.

If it's your environment that makes your bad habit simple to you and good habit terrible for you. Change your environment and your outcome.

Bad habits can spoil things. Everybody has it, but few people have self awareness to differentiate them. We must do what it takes to banish them once we banish them we can move forward.

So, go and examine yourself the real habit you have. Good, bad, or in-between make sure of the habit that is holding you back and make a difference.
