However, it's important to note a vast majority of my time is spend coding or working with other engineers on the team. Writing blog posts creates additional workload that has to be balanced accordingly.
Yeah it would be crazy to have a dedicated individual to handle your public information stream then.

I don't see how this functionality on Hive will have any great impact.
Why would people depart with their BTC for HIVE tokens?
Why would people with large BTC holdings look to a project/blockchain that became poor people's grind/greedy devs cash cow?
With any new "tech" , it's always the people already in that ecosystem that drive it's uptake.
Again... Poor people hardly see HBD SAVINGS worth messing with... or even have the funds to do much with it.
HBD always made sense as the spending cash in the real world while people hold their HIVE for HP for more rewards, which, if there were more communities like Cuba putting it to use, the price of Hive would not have become so stagnant.
ANYWAY another hive fest...
