What will it take for mass adoption? Businesses will use it to reduce internal cost, expenses, labor hours. Once used commonly in businesses people will realize how much awe-evoking shit you can do in XR that it will spread into their personal lives. The amount of convenience it affords will be mind boggling - but it will be expensive. XR access will become status symbol - having the headset. It will trickle into the hands of early adopters then the early majority and soon be commonplace.
But a few folks are stoked about mobile AR because its making the most money. But it lacks magic. Then i receive some static about headset’s commercial-ability. Kids walked around beach boardwalks with shit-face-emojis hats all summer. There is little humility humanity doesn’t bear. In exchange for brain-reading media content, no brainer - time to log in to the noggin.
