A few days ago, I attended a wedding of my friend. I would like to share with stemmians who want to know Vietnamese culture.
As you may know, the áo dài is a Vietnamese traditional clothing. It was used quite popularly in important events. In weddings, brides shall wear it in both engaged and married days. Let take a look the below photos taken during engagement ceremony.
After engagement ceremony, the marriage ceremony will be held. The brides also wear áo dài, the red one is chosen normally. It makes the brides more beautiful.
Finally, the bride and groom will hold a wedding party. They will invite friends and relatives to come and enjoy with them. The wedding dress will be used in that day.
The couple will ask guests to take the anniversary pictures for saving their happy moment. Then, the guests will say best wishes to them and enjoy the party before getting home.
