10 minutes on how to edit & what to edit with.
10 minute brainstorming/incubator
15 minute Q/A + Discussion + Post Promotion
5 minutes for Assignments & Bounties/Pay
End ( Total Duration 50 minutes )

Each week I will ask top Vloggers Guild members to dedicate 3 - 4 post a week to our Reward Pool. Which means; the payout from certain post will go into Guild Funds each week. Ensuring we can pay for Bounties & Jobs weekly.

In the last 18 days, I earned $722 via Vloggers Guild related Post.

$361.00 Worth of Steem.

The SBD earned will be put into The Vloggers Guild Reward System & then used to pay out Bounties/Jobs and for other various task. The idea is to Avg $75.00 a week x5 people which = $375.00. We would then take the $375.00 a week and distribute it to members who finished jobs & bounties. Once we are able to raise the Avg on the Top 5 people supporting the Reward Pool we will be able to raise the wages of the entire guild.

Tokens?

Some might be asking, why not create a token and the answer is simple. We want to make sure we have the fabric of the token fully conceived. Which means not only having Value Propositions, but ones that are currently active and in place. Secondly, we believe that having a system that pays and rewards people w/o a token is fundamentally easier to turn into a token once it has been ironed out. thumbs up
