Road to 100000 Steem Power & Self-Improvement Log Day 148

This is my journey towards 100000 Steem Power Day 148 with no prior investments! (Meaning I started on Steem with 0 account value!). I am a very dedicated individual and I want you guys to be a part of my journey to get you motivated and to learn from my mistakes!

Besides my daily description of what I did to reach that goal today, I will also use this as a "journal" to keep track of my other personal goals.

What I did Today to Reach my Goal

Today I wrote a post on how to see who muted, unfollowed or followed you. You can also see that on other Steemit accounts! I recommend doing this at least once per month.

Training - Reach 90KG with 12% Bodyfat by July 2018

Today was no official day but I trained because I was supposed to be lifting with my friend.

I benched 100KG 2 times and I am very proud of that. I broke myself doing that, by that, I mean that I crushed a limiting belief of mine that I would never be able to do that. That you needed to take steroids to lift that.

It was like reaching a new level, we are more powerful than we can comprehend.

Diary

Woke up at 07:00 and did my morning routine. My Valknut wall tapestry arrived which you can see in the video screenshot. The cool thing is that the first wall tapestry which I got from Redbubble had some weird white rings in the middle.

I immediately wrote support and they just wanted to see a picture of the fucked up flag and 5 minutes later they immediately told me that I will get a new one for free and that I can keep the ruined one as well! That is what I call badass support.

I will buy the next wall tapestry at Redbubble.com again.

Besides that, my friend called me at 10:00 today 2 hours before our supposed meeting at the gym telling me that he is too tired to workout.

I just said "ok, no problem" and then we said goodbye. I am really disappointed I must say, my high standards kick in again.

Too tired to workout? With a friend who you agreed to workout with every Saturday? I don't know what to think. I have told myself that I will try this 2 more times and if he says "No" for the third time then I will stop contacting him.

I know that he has a tough job and that he still works out n shit, but I am not accepting those loser excuses. 3 times and then I will tell him what I think about such laziness and disrespect.
