Lesson learned the hard way, man. DO NOT ever lose your 2FA! Bittrex and Binance were quick to help and resolve the issue in about 48 hours each, but Coinbase really fucked me over. They responded to my service ticket by instructing me to make a new account and have it verified. I did that, then they said okay, we can't merge your new account and old account because there's no money or crypto in your old account anyway, but that wasn't true. I had a bank transfer to my cash account already in progress. Today, that transfer arrived, as stated by the email, but it arrived to the account I'm locked out of. I spent very careful budgeting to very specifically fill my Tron bags more during this fantastically sale price, and now I've wrote then numerous times to get that money transferred to my new account but this required a whole new service ticket, to which there has been no response yet. Their service is horrendous and their responses are seemingly computer generated, non-specific, and do not address the problem. Shame on Coinbase. They best fix this before the sale of the century is over. Also, no word at all from Kucoin. Not a single response in 5 days thus far.
Lesson here. NEVER lose your 2FA, and better use Authy instead of Google Authenticator because at least with Authy, there is a backup password that you can save in the event of a dead phone such as I had happen.
Also, thanks man for that NCASH review. I too learned of the 100 people owning more than 90% of it and that about killed it for me. I still back Tron all the way, even if it's a year hold. Just need Coinbase to give me my money so I can add to my stash.
