  5. Yoga exercises like PRANAYAMA can be helpful. Every day practice can possibly reduce the rate of URTIs.

  6. Increasing fluid intake to 3-4 liters per day if ok with your health care provider.

  7. Probiotics can be helpful in helpful in some patients.

  8. Steam inhalation twice daily or hot shower can help in some patients as well.
