Avocado shake recipe. ketogenic diet.

This recipe can be used as breakfast. Hi fats, low sugar.

  1. avocado
    3 egg yolks - I've been told so much B.S. about healthy eating. Now I do the exact opposite of what FDA recommends - egg whites get thrown out, and yolks are used. (call me crazy)
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. I make mine homemade from vanilla beans. Yum!
    1/2 cup ice * of course, made from filtered water -
    sweeten as desired, stevia, honey, sugar (bad for you) - steer clear of that nutrasweet.

Blend well, and drink - mmmmm, taste a lot like fresh vanilla ice cream.
