we are solving the problem of time consuming and mass interviews by introducing ai in this procedure. We analyze the users profile using his resume, bio and skills and match it with a specific job role that matches that user. We then use AI to generate questions based on users experience level, projects that they have made, skills required in job post etc. We then filter out best candidates for the companies for next round and provide valuable feedback to the candidates for their future endeveours.
